It is possible to send an e-mail to the Cocon users. Fist the user('s) have to be selected. The fields Subject, Text and Sender must be filled in.
The following fields must be filled:
Groups |
With the button "All user groups" it is possible to select all groups at once. Only the users are now selected that are a member of the selected group. |
Users |
Only the users that are selected will receive the email. |
Subject |
The text in this field will be the subject of the e-mail. |
Text |
The text of the e-mail must be filled in here. |
Sender |
In this field the sender (of the e-mail) must be an e-mail address. |

With the button 'All user groups', all groups may be selected at once. In the field 'Users', all users will be shown and selected. |

Deselect all groups and/or users. |
|
Select all users from the selected user group. |
|
Select only the active users from the selected group. |
|
Send the e-mail. After sending a confirmation screen will show the status of the send email and any errors, should they've occurred. |
|
Cancel the composing of the e-mail. |
