Through this report the user can view by location who has done work with which activity code. People can announce there work by giveing a notification through CoconTheWeb or by sending a Text (SMS) message. With this notification they can tell if they are going to start or end work in/on a building, frame or accesspoint. The people must first be authorized as a user in Cocon.
CoconTheWeb
In CoconTheWeb the user gives a left mouse button on a building, frame or accesspoint. Then the menu item "activity log" will apear. There are two combo boxes where the user can select an activity. The first combo box has values B (enter), V (leave), O (open) and D (close). The second combo box has the values L (splice) and C (civil).

A user can also send a text message. The content of the message text to the first space, is interpreted as a location name, if more than one space in the message text, there is also a frame name specified and the frame name is considered as the part between the 1st and 2nd space. The part after the last space is conceived as an activity code in the form of one or two letters that describe the activity itself.

There is a automated weekly report generated from the sign-ons & sign-offs of the previous week.
This is also done for monthly reports. Both these reports are placed in the Documents directory on the Coconserver.
Both reports can also be send by e-mail to specific addresses.
