Report on contracts

 

This function gives an overview of all contracts in Cocon. Information on all contracts that comply with the selection will be displayed.

There is the option to select one or more contracts in a variety of ways. They may be sought by customer name, contract number/ name, contact person. All contracts that comply with the selection will be displayed.

 

The following actions may be taken from this screen:

In the yellow search field you can search for the specified object's details.

Erase the adjacent input field.

Export data to Excel-format.

Export data to Word-format.

Export data to HTML-format.

Open the folder with linked files for this contract.

Displays the screen "Maintain customer Contracts". Contract details can here be referred to.

Displays the screen "Customer Overview". The client's information is presented in this screen.

Displays the screen "Report onof customer fibers". All fibers involved in the selected contract are presented.
