KLIC-requests

In the Klic-request module specific information regarding the Klic-requests may be viewed in a report.

This report shows all Klic-requests, which may be opened individually.

 

By default Klic-requests shown are received on the current day.

 

 

KLIC-request options:

In addition to the CoconTheWeb base functionality, as explained in the Reports use page, a search parameter may be set by using the following options:

By clicking the clip358arrow, a pull-down menu opens, allowing the user to select one of the following options: request number, quadrant, zip, street, city, company, work activities,

replied to, requested by, reference applicant, handled by

In the empty field a search item may be entered.

Select the from-date, to show KLIC-requests from.

You may click on the calender icon to selected a date or enter one manually.

By clicking the X, the current set date is removed.

Select the until-date, to show KLIC-request up to.

You may click on the calender icon to selected a date or enter one manually.

By clicking the X, the current set date is removed.

By clicking the clip358arrow, a pull-down menu opens, allowing the user to select to show either Network requests, or all-KLIC-requests.

When you select a record, the box is automatically ticked. You can select multiple records.

The selected KLIC-requests (one or more) may be shown in the geography

by using the clip031 button.

 

 

KLIC-request information:

In the bottom of the screen a compact tab shows the basic information of the selected object.

By selecting a record, you select a request and the request's information is shown.

 

This information is shown in three tabs: General, contact details, infrastructure, locations, quadrants, remark, managers and logbook.

The general tab contains all data regarding the Excavation notice, such as klic number, type and status.

In the contact details tab information on the applicant and client is shown

In the infrastructure tab the sent images on the dig site are listed. Documents will be downloaded to the users device. Additional software may be required to view these documents.

In the locations tab contains information on the locations involved in the request

In the quadrants tab contains the quadrant data and type information of the request.

In the remarks tab any remarks regarding the request are shown.

In the managers tab contains a list with the different contacts, involved in the request, and their contact information.

The logbook tab show the files and logs on the request.

 

In the tabs infrastructure and logbook any files clicked will be downloaded to your device.

The file has to be stored on your device and may be opened and/or edited if the required software is available.
