In the Tasks review module any task may be (re)viewed in a report.
By default tasks flagged as: opened, closed, completed or not home are shown.
Tasks review options:
In addition to the CoconTheWeb base functionality, as explained in the Reports use page, a search parameter may be set by using the following options:

Selected tasks are marked as closed.

Task is marked as 'Customer was not at home'. The user is given the option close the task.
|
|
The log shows the number of unprocessed (red) / processed (green) tasks.
|

The number of tasks yet to be processed. |
By clicking the column name, additional options are available.
|
When you select the option ' Group by this field' , the report will be sorted into groups, based on the selected value. The Show in groups field will automatically be checked.

The 'Show in groups' options allows the user to switch in view between single or grouped items.
|
The following options are available in the context menu and may need some clarification.

Show only the records with this row's value identical to the selected field.

(column name) ! "..." |
Show only the records with this row's value unequal to the selected field.
|
(column name) < "..." |
Show only the records with a value lower to the selected field. This option may not be available to all columns.
|
(column name) > "..." |
Show only the records with a value greater to the selected field. This option may not be available to all columns.

(column name) = ? |
A input field is provided, allowing you to insert a value to filter on.

Remove (column name) filter |
Remove the filter on the selected row. This restores the view.

Reviewing a task:
By clicking on an icon in front of a record, the review screen is opened.
The top of the screen shows in order: The task, street/house nr., zip/house nr. , AP area, DP area
Below the task, the task report shows all information as provided by the processor.
The fields may be editable, depending on the status of the task as show by the icons.
