With these buttons you may navigate through the registered incidents.

Show the history of the selected incident. When you set a check mark next to this button it's possible to show all historic incidents.
After using this button an button will appear. It's possible to export the data into Excel.

Disable viewing the history of an incident.

At the moment that an insert wil be confirmed Cocon wil give a message when there are section names involved within the failure which are connected into a protection path.
Other failures are not included in this search.If so, Cocon will open an Excel sheet with information about the connections which are involved.
 
The user can then inform the concerned customers by e-mail and text message. This text message will tell that an e-mail is send because of an failure.  
This contact information will be filled in in the customer data screen. (failure e-mail address / failure telephone number)

Cancel any pending changes and close the screen.

Click this button to register a new incident . The description needs to report the nature of the incident. At the bottom of the screen you may select the accesspoints, cables and buildings sections to which the incident is related.

Remove an incident.

Click this button to collect all e-mail addresses of clients involved in the selected objects.

Click this button to inform all clients involved.
