Customer data

This screen allows you to register/manage different customers.

Enter a street and house number and Cocon will fill out the related zip code and place of residence (and vice versa).

 

The following actions may be taken in this screen:

Through the yellow input field you may search for a (part of the) name or value.

Navigate through the customer data.

With this button it is possible to generate an overview which will measure the lengths of the complete connections from A to B per customer. 
The lowest position from each section name will be picked up and from this point an attenuation overview will be created. The total length will be shown. 
Section names that appear more than once are only counted once.
 
Note: the current and future connections are both included in this overview.
 
In addition to information as the location name, address data, section name, project number, contract number and the status of connection, the overview will also display the number of splices and patches.
On the basis of these data it is possible to calculate the average fiber length per connection.
The last line shows the total number of connections and the total length of all connections.

Show the send notifications of planned work for this customer.

Switch to the Customer contacts screen.

Add new customer.

Delete customer.

Confirm the insert or changes.

Cancel the insert or changes.

 

 

The following fields are given per customer name to specify contactdata.:

Call / Mail before (Pre-execution call)

Customer must be called/mailed in advance and informed of planned activities.

 

Call / Mail after (Post-execution call)

Customer must be called / mailed afterward and informed of executed activities.

 

Report PSA to customer

Report to customer when the connection goes possibly (PSA) down in a planed outage

 

Measure connections after outage

After an outage the connections must be measured (OTDR)

 

Multiple outages within one week

Notify if there are other outages for this customer's connections within one week.

 

Failure e-mail address

E-mail address of the person which need to be informed during a failure.

 

Failure telephone number

Telephone number of the person who need to be informed during a failure.
