This function allows you to change the owner of various fibers at the same time.
You can make a selection of fibers by entering a location, a duct, a cable, or a combination of those three. Apart from that you may select a fiberseries (fiber, high, low).
You also indicate which owner needs to receive the fiberseries entered.
After this you click the 
button and the number of fibers that will be changed is counted. If you agree with this number click "Yes" and the owner of the selected fibers will be changed.
It is possible that no fibers are found. This can occur because no fibers comply with the selection or because the fibers already have the owner entered.
