This function provides a report of the files which are linked to a certain object.
This concerns cables, access points, buildings, frames, rings, patch panels, splice shelves, and duct routes.
The linked files for each object will be displayed in a list. By double-clicking a file name, the file will be opened in the application defined for that purpose.
The directory containing the files has been assigned during the implementation of Cocon. Within this directory there are subdirectories for every type of object. Within every subdirectory there is a subdirectory for every object. Within these subdirectories the files for each object are listed. If you wish to assign files to an object you must place them in that directory.
By a right mouse click on a file line, the file can be taken in document management by a user, for instance to make changes. The file will be read-only for all other users. When the changes are finished the document can be released by using the right mouse menu.
