Maintain type of contracts

This screen allows you to register/manage the various standard contract types that have been entered between the telecom operator and its customers.

 

Description

Contract description.

Maximum repair time

Maximum allowable time for repairing a cable break.

Service on Mon-Fri

The time during which the planned activities may be performed.

Service on Sat-Sun

The time during which the planned activities may be performed over the weekend.

Service interruption notification

The minimum number of days that the client is to have been informed prior to planned activities taking place.

SA notification

Service Affecting. The customers connection is sure to be interrupted.

PSA notification

Potential Service Affecting. There is a chance that the customer connection will be interrupted.

Fine per hour

If activities overrun their schedule (per hour).

Fine per day

If activities overrun their schedule (per day).

Fine free period

Fine free period in hours.

Navigate through the various contract types.

Search for a contract type

Create a new entry

Remove the currently selected contract type or entry.

Confirm the changes and close the screen.

Cancel the changes and close the screen.
