Converting Cad Layers

With this function you indicate in which directory the Autocad or Microstation files are located, to allow the batch to convert every night data from certain layers of these files into the cocon table with duct route information.

 

You indicate the following for each line:

Active

"Yes" indicates that this line needs to be included in the next batch.

If you enter "No" here, a check will take place in the table with duct route information whether files in the directory indicated, appear here. If this is the case they will be removed from the table containing duct route information.

Directory

The directory containing the CAD files

Including Sub Dirs

Indicates whether the subdirectories of the directory indicated should be taken into consideration as well.

File Type

Autocad or Microstation.

Layer names

Contains the names of the layers (separated by commas) from the CAD file that need to be read in.

Email

Here, you indicate whether an e-mail needs to be sent when CAD files are added, changed, or removed.

The e-mail address has been entered at the implementation of Cocon.

 

 

The following actions may be taken in this screen as well:

Add a line (may also be done by using the Insert key)

Delete current line (may also be done by using the Delete key)

Undo all changes performed before the changes were saved.

Confirm the changes.
