In this screen paths are entered where documents are send to for approval. When a document is finished, it has to be on a fixed location so it can be approved. In addition, the document source on the server is reported in this screen.
Project sub directory:
In the project sub directory you will find the approval locations for related drawings.
Managed:
By entering 'Yes' in this field, Cocon will keep track of the document management and the document can't be managed by another user.
Backup:
After approval, drawings are saved in 'Source sub directory'. When a 'Yes' is present in this field or the file was already present in 'Source sub directory', a back-up will be generated first.
Sub directory:
Original server location for drawings.
1 Directory per object:
This will indicate whether all files are in one directory or every object has it's one file folder.

The following actions may be taken in this screen:

Add a line (may also be done by using the Insert key) |

Delete current line (may also be done by using the Delete key) |
|
Undo all changes performed before the changes were saved. |
|
Confirm the changes. |
