This function (called up through the "Enter patch information" screen) allows you to generate detail records batch by batch.
Three new records are generated for each tray..
You enter the following data:
From tray |
Enter from which traynumber the generating of records has to start. It is indicated at the frame type how many trays are allowed. This is checked upon before the records are being generated. The tray should not be present as yet. |
Number |
Enter the number of trays to be generated here.It is indicated at the frame type how many trays are allowed. This is checked upon before the records are being generated. |
Cablename |
The name of the cable must correspond with the cableID to be entered. You don't need to enter the cablename. The combination of cablename and fibernumber must not be present within the combination of location and frame. |
Fibernumber |
The fibernumber that needs to be entered in the records to be generated.This should be a value between 1 and 144. |
CablenID |
The ID of the cable must correspond with the cablename to be entered. Enter 0 if the ID is not known. The combination of cablename and fibernumber must not be present within the combination of location and frame. |
Destination |
The endpoint that needs to be entered in the records to be generated. |
Connector |
The connector type (E2000, APT-E, APT-F, etc.). |
