If aerial photographs are available you can turn these in with the slide bar on the bottom of the Geo screen

When you search for a street, all the addresses connected to this street will be showed in the geography

Shows multiple street labels per street

Save and re-open imported layers

By closing the geography all imported layers will be saved. By opening the geography all imported layers will re-open

StreetPro paths

You can add a path where the StreetPro data is located. You can select a different data set; e.g. StreetPro Netherland instead of Benelux.The user can copy the StreetPro data to a local disc. So this location wil be selected. The geography will then load faster.

MapInfo printer

You can set a default printer. If a print will be made, a framework with logo, date or illumination will be added

View future usage in cable report

Future usage will be shown in the screen "cable report"

Search for address, always start with empty fields

If you choose in the geography for the option "search Geo location", it always starts with empty fields if this option is ticked. If it's not ticked, the last imported value will be showed if the screen will be opened in the geography.

Generate patch report for 1 fiber

Standard, a patch report in Excel will be generated for 2 fibers. If this option is ticked, a patch report will be generated in Excel for the selected fiber.

Make searched project number the default

With the last option the searched cable will be set default if this option is turned on

View massage "Change is complete"

The note "change is completed"can be suppressed and shall not be presented anymore

Show fiber contract in various windows

If this option is turned on, the fiber contracts can be showed in various windows.

Show pop-ups in reports, only when shift key is pressed

Pop-ups are suppressed in various windows. These can be shown by pressing the shift button. Mind the explanation of various statuses

Always local when files are not older than

With this option you can indicate when the geographic files needs to be copied again form the PC to the user. Opening files on the central database takes longer than opening the same local files. E.g. 12 hours old files are acceptable. For this reason this option has been added. You can indicate always when you have to use local files. E.g. when you indicate 24 and the local files a re 10 hours old, the local files will be used. If the local files are 40 hours old, the central files will be re-copied.

Always central when files are older than

There's always the possibility to ask Cocon to re-copy the files. This can be done to give value in the field "always central when files are older than"If the files are not that old, Cocon will ask if the files needed to be re-copied.

Load geography always from application server

With this option you can always load geography from the application server. The geography will start up faster.

Load geography always from the application server also for update

With this option you can always load the geography from the application server for an update, the geography will run faster

Should you want to have the central files always at your disposal you should enter the value 0 in both fields.

Start geography when Cocon is started

Start the geography at the same time when Cocon is started

Start IMS automatically while Cocon starting

Start IMS at the same time when Cocon is started (depending per customer)

Ask for confirmation on exit the application

When you shut down the Cocon application you have to confirm this

Sort method

With automatically classifying an AP area; sort streets on distance pre-positioned ( 1) 1st point in DP, ( 2 ) amidst point in DP ( 3 ) amidst of 1 and 2. Fill out the value 1,2, or 3

With automatically classifying an AP area, calculate the distance to ( 1 ) nearest street point or ( 2 ) the center of the street. Fill out value 1 or 2

Number of DP areas

With automatically classifying the number of DP area's, the number of DP areas needs to be calculated. 0 = all

Number reserve addresses

With automatically classifying an AP area, if it's beneficial to use 1 address more with auto-classifying, 45 addresses will be selected.

You save changes with the OK button, you can undo changes with the cancelation button
