In the screen 'report on usage and priority cables' settings are entered so a correct export file can be generated.
The following fields may be used to search for cables:
Through the yellow input field you may search for a specific value. |

Erase the field. |

Cable name |
Search for a cable name. |
Occupied (in %) |
Filter on % occupancy. The newly entered cable will only be shown when its values are higher than the set values. |
Boundary (in %) |
Filter on % boundary. The newly entered cable will only be shown when its values are higher than the set values. |
Cable status |
The status filter may be set to: planned, in use and reserved for removal. |
Priority |
The priority filter may be set to Low, High or Don't show. |
In this field a value may be entered for new cables. |

Email alert sent |
Show only the cables that had an email sent after a certain date. use the checkbox to (de)activate). |
Upgrade priority |
Filter on priority / year. Use the checkbox to (de)activate. |
Next, you may alter the cells of the following values within the grid:
prioriteit |
The priority may be set to Low, High or Don't show. |
boundary |
Set a boundary in %. |
email alert sent |
Date on which an alert was sent by email. |
comment |
In this field remarks can be entered that are only applicable to this screen. |
upgrade year |
Set the upgrade date. |
prio |
Set a prio value from range: 0 to 9 |
status warning |
Set a status warning: 0/1/2 |
The following actions may be taken in this screen:
Export an Excel file where the capacity of the cable, both past and current, is shown. |

Sort the selected column ascending/descending. |
Show the cable in the geography.. |

Export the selection to Excel. |
|
Export the selection to HTML. |
|
Export the selection to Word. |
|
Show the report on customer usage on the selected cable. |
|
Show the meaning of the colors in Cocon. |
|
Turn the color on or off in this report. |
