In the Map-request module specific information regarding a KLIP-requests may be viewed in a report.

This report shows all KLIP-requests, which may be opened individually.

By default KLIP-requests shown are received on the current day.

Map request options:

In addition to the CoconTheWeb base functionality, as explained in the Reports use page, a search parameter may be set by using the following options:

	By clicking the arrow, a pull-down menu opens, allowing the user to select one of the following options: KLIP-reference of Ref. Requester. In the empty field a search item may be entered.
	Select the from-date, to show KLIP-requests from. You may click on the calender icon to selected a date or enter one manually. By clicking the X, the current set date is removed.
	Select the until-date, to show KLIP-request up to. You may click on the calender icon to selected a date or enter one manually. By clicking the X, the current set date is removed.
	By clicking the arrow, a pull-down menu opens, allowing the user to select to show either Network requests, or all-KLIP-requests.
	When you select a record, the box is automatically ticked. You can select multiple records. The selected KLIP-requests (one or more) may be shown in the geography by using the button.

Map requests information:

In the bottom of the screen a compact tab shows the basic information of the selected object.

By selecting a record, you select a request and the request's information is shown.

This information is shown in three tabs: General, contact details, and content IMKL-package.

The general tab contains all data regarding the request, such as klipreference, date(s) and requester.

In the contact details tab information on the applicant and client is shown

The Content IMKL-package shows the files on the request.

You can also find the button on the general tab.

This allows you to download the package to your device and open/view its content.
