This module allows for the user to raise a KLIC-request manually in the geography of CoconTheWeb.
By clicking in the map, a region may be drawn and closed by a double click.
After drawing the region a pop-up window is shown allowing the user to add information regarding the Klic-request.
The user may add documents to the request.
By clicking the 
button the request is sent. It may take up to 15 minutes for the request to be completed.
During this time a 'Klic-request package' is generated and send by email to the requester.
This email contains all information in raged to the Raised request and may be shared with the contractor(s).
After completing the request the Raised request will also be visible in the KLIC-requests and KLIC-requests count reports.
In these reports the request is logged and the location may be viewed in the CoconTheWeb geography.
