From this screen you may start the comparison between Cocon and the imported CAD files.

You enter in the screen what tolerance is to be used. The default value is 10 (meter or feet, depending on the selected unit system).

With the tolerance you indicate how far an imported object may be from the duct in Cocon. Should this be more than the low point set, the imported part of the object is displayed in red in the geography. Should the distance be less, that part will be displayed in blue.

In this way you can tell immediately where problems in the geography may occur.

The screen displays all imported layers. If so desired you may exclude certain layers from the comparison.

The comparison is started from the "Compare geography" screen.

Should a comparison already have been performed in the current Cocon session it is better to perform this comparison again from the "Change geography" screen. This way you will be able to make improvements in the geography and to perform the comparison anew immediately afterwards.

You start the comparison by clicking the 'Comparison' button.

You will be notified when the comparison has been performed.Subsequently, in the geographical comparison screen you may switch on or switch off individual layers (Cocon ducts, imported layers, and the layer indicating similarities), close down all imported layers again, and add new layers to the comparison.
