In this screen the user groups are maintained. New groups may be added and existing groups may be removed.
You may indicate for each group which functions within Cocon may be used.
For each user you can indicate to which group the user is linked.
Group
The name of the group. This name must be unique because it serves as identification of the group.
Functions to be used
This lists all functions in Cocon, ordered according to the arrangement of the menu. You may indicate for each function whether the group is allowed to perform this function.

With these buttons you can browse between the different groups |

Create a new group of users. |
|
Remove the group currently showing on the screen. Confirmation will always be requested. |

This button allows you to switch on all functions at once. |

This button allows you to switch off all functions at once. |

With this button you can compare the authorized functions between groups. |
|
With this button an Excel file will be created containing an outline of all groups. Group members are mentioned with each group. |
|
With this button an Excel file will be created containing an outline of the selected group and the corresponding authorized functions. This export will be displayed with colors to indicate which authorizations are assigned. |

Hide the items in the geography. |
|
Add of remove an item from the list. |
|
You save the changes made with this button. |
|
With this button any possible changes are canceled and you leave the screen. |
