Register > Change reservations

Through this function you may change a number of data of existing reservations. You may make a selection of one or more reservations by choosing for a section name and/or a Project number.

On the basis of these search criteria the current data will be displayed on the screen. You may then change these data. Click the OK button to save the changes.

The following actions may be taken in this screen:

	Through the yellow input field you may search for a (part of the) name or value.
	If the filter button is selected, only the section name adapted from the searched line name. If this button is selected, for all the names on that location the section name is adjusted.

	By clicking the button a report is displayed on patches which may be generated automatically, at the section name entered. By clicking the OK button in this report these patches will be actually generated. When the section name is on status 2 the patches can also be set on status 2 by using this button. Patches from and to the same cable are excluded during this process.
	Click the button to leave the screen and the changes will not be saved.
	Search / Filter. Click the button to display the detail lines belonging to the selection made. Clicking again on this button displays the start screen again without detail lines.
	By clicking the button a report is displayed of the complete connection. When changing a connection in the change reservation screen, the concerning status and project number of involved patches will also be changed.
