A unique identification of the ring.This ID is determined by the system.

Ring name

A short name of the ring.

Ring description

A more extensive description of the ring.

Status

With this you indicate what the status of the ring is.You may choose from a list of statuses as entered through the "Maintain ring statuses" screen.

Destination

With this you indicate what the destination of the ring is, as entered through the "Maintrain destinations" screen.

Colour

With this you indicate what the colour of the ring is. You may choose from a list of colours as entered through the "Maintain ring colours" screen. You have the opportunity to only display the rings that comply with the colour entered here, by clicking "Filter on this colour".

Changed by and changed on

Here you can see which user made changes and when this ring has been changed the last time.These data are maintained by the system.
