In this screen the authorization per user is maintained.
In the user screen is indicated to which group the user belongs. For each group it is determined which functions are open to the users in this group. This screen allows you to make an exception to the authorization prescribed for a group, for an individual user.

In practice you will only use this screen in exceptional circumstances. Usually a user will be able to use the authorized functions as indicated in the group data. |
Functions to be used
This lists all functions in Cocon, ordered according to the arrangement of the menu. You may indicate for each function whether the user is allowed to perform this function.
Now you may switch the check on or off and save the changes for each function.
If a particular menu option at the group of this user is switched on, but then is switched off for this user, that user will ultimately not have access to that function. The same will be the case vice versa.
In the screen the following actions are available:

Navigate through the users. |

Through the yellow field you can search for a user. |

With this button an Excel file will be created containing all functions the user has access to. This export will be displayed with colors to indicate which authorizations are assigned. |

By choosing this function deviating / normal functions will be shown. |

The user will obtain the default profile for the user group in which he/she belongs. All extras will be removed. |

You save the changes made with this button. |

With this button any possible changes are canceled and you leave the screen. |
