Outages which are involved in (ring) protection.
Various clients, wdm connections and section names can be accommodated in a protection server. When they are registered in this server Cocon will recognizes a relationship between these connections. If one of these connections is involved in a outage the other one cannot be involved in an outage at the same time. In that case Cocon will give a message that this is not possible. The user can accept a new date for the outage which Cocon will suggest.
