This function displays a report on the rack layout. The locations of the patch panels and splice shelf units in the rack will be displayed. Also the location of blocked height units.
By typing (a part of) the rack name in the search field, the racks that match the search criteria will be presented in 'a tree view'. By clicking on a rack name in the tree view, the content of the rack will be presented in details.
There will be content displayed for each rack separately. Also, there will be a schematic representation to show where each patch- and spliceunit is placed in the rack.
By selecting a patch- or splice unit you can switch between the different patch- and spliceunits by using the corresponding buttons.
By using a double click a patch- or spliceunit it's possible to get directly linked to the screen of the selected patch- or spliceunit.The front- and backside are displayed next to each other in this overview.
The unit can be replaced (drag) easily to the front- or backside. By using a right mouse click on a unit it's possible to place the unit back in stock.
The units are in stock when it's not clear in which position the unit must be placed in the rack.
When a unit is placed in the rack it will be displayed in the color of the associated status.

When the units are not placed or cannot placed correctly in the rack check the base tables and fill the empty fields or the incorrect fields. Before a rack can be used in Cocon, the rack must be added to the base tables in the 'maintain type of frames' screen. |

In the yellow search field you can search for the specified object. |

Search / Filter. |

Unlock/Lock the rack content. |

Go to the "Enter/change Patch panel" screen. |

Go to the "Enter/change splice shelf unit" screen. |

Go to the "Fiber usage" screen |
|
Create report on patch positions, which do not end on customer location. |

Change frame information. |
|
View a report with all end points for this frame. |
|
View a report on usage by customers of all involved cables. |
|
Create rack layout (in Excel) for printing. |
|
Displays a list of files linked to the this frame. |
|
Save the changes. |
|
Zoom in on the frame. |
|
Zoom out of the frame. |
|
Place the frame in the entire screen. |
|
Count the frame (hight unit) the other way around. |
