With this function the data of the splice shelves may be changed.
This function may be called up from both the Register menu and the Reports menu. In the first case the data may be both consulted and changed. In the latter case the data may only be consulted.
The following actions may be taken in this screen:
Through the yellow input field you may search for a (part of the) location name / frame name/ termination unit number |

Search for the selected item. You may enter a combination of location name, frame name, and patch panel number. |

Browse through the splice shelves that comply with the search item you entered. |
With this, all farthest endpoints of all patch positions for the selected patch panel are determined and saved until a new synchronization takes place.from the Insert patch unit function. |

Close this window. |
|
Cancel all changes. |
Go to the layout of the frame of this frame. |
|
Go to the Insert patch unit screen in which the patch panels for this frame are displayed. |
|
With this you remove the current splice shelf unit, including all fibers. A check will be performed whether there are any splices on the Rass present on this splice shelf unit; Removing this splice shelf is only allowed when the splices are removed. Furthermore, a check will take place whether this splice shelf unit is associated with a cable work or not. |

Go to the "Insert splices on the Rass" screen in which the splices on the Rass for this frame are displayed. |

Display the frame in the geographical screen. |
|
Export data to Excel and open the Excel file created. |
|
Display the connection of the first fiber from the selected cable (fiber series) in the screen. Connection report" |

Go to the Maintain terminated fibers for the selected frame. |
|
Display the usage report of the selected cable. |
|
Show the report on customers cable usage. |
|
Display a list of files linked to this locations. |
|
Confirm the input of new object(s), or confirm pending changes to existing object(s). |
With this button the adjacent field is filled with a space. |

Turn off controls (for some customers) |
By checking a box it is possible to shut down controles to easy change positions after splices have been created in the splice shelf. |
After activation of this button, a patch panel is made on basis of the data of the selected splice shelf. |

Create new splice shelf. |
|
Open the properties of the selected frame. |
Add a line. |
|
Remove the selected line. |
|
Duplicate the selected line, which is patched in an ODF frame. The tray number will not be increased. |
|
Duplicate the selected line, which is patched in a non-ODF frame. The tray number will be increased. |
|
Combine the current line with the previous line Conditions are that the following data are the same in both lines: To PE, Tray number, Cable name, Endpoint and Cable ID. Furthermore, Fiber high needs to be 1 lower than the Fiber high in the previous line and Position needs to be 1 lower than the Position in the previous line. |

You may enter a number here after which this number of lines is split from the current line, beginning with the lowest fiber. |

You may enter a number here after which this number of lines is split from the current line, beginning with the highest fiber. |
