In the yellow search field you can search for the specified object's details.

With this this button an excel file is generated containing all access points and building registered in Cocon. 

The objects x- and y co-ordinates are mentioned in the excel file among other things.

Display the location that comply with the selection in the geographical screen.

If a location is selected, then only this will be shown in the geography.

If multiple locations are selected, then all of these locations will be shown in the geography

Go to the layout of the frame of the selected location.

This button displays the fiber usage of the selected location.

This button takes you to the splice shelf data of the enclosure as indicated in the column "Location".

If you are not authorized to change splice shelf data you may only consult the data in the screen.

If you are authorized to do so you may change the data as well.

Check the addresses. A new column with the results appears in the grid.

Displays a list of files linked to the objects, building or accesspoint.

Export data to Excel-format.

Export data to HTML-format.

Export data to Word-format.

Sort the grid on the currently selected column.

This button allows you to change the indicated location or 'span. If you indicated the column "Location" you may change this location.
If the location is an accesspoint the "Change point" screen will be opened. If it concerns a building the ""Change building" screen will be opened.

Search the location that comply with the selection entered. You may also press enter.

Double-click in

the grid project number

Jumps to the "Register cable work" screen of the selected location.

To search for a customer name the customer-contract-section name relation or customer-contract-fiber relation has to be entered.
